La Jolla Historical Society

(October 31, 2006) - The building is the historically acclaimed 112-year old former beach cottage along the La Jolla Cove that was renovated 15-year's ago into the award-winning Brockton Villa Restaurant that will be celebrating its anniversary on Thursday, November 9th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and the La Jolla Historical Society is the beneficiary of the evening's proceeds.

(October 19, 2007) - La Jolla Historical Society Executive Director, John Bolthouse announced the hiring of Kara West as its new part-time Archivist. With the filling of this position, Bolthouse also announced that effective November 1st the Society will expand its public hours to 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
