Each workshop is designed for children of all ages and draws inspiration from the current exhibition with the purpose of engaging the public in art, culture and community.

Create your own pinch pot inspired by the Kumeyaay Visual Storytelling Project. Drawing from Stanley Rodriguez’s sharing a pot story he learned from La Huerta elder Theodora Cuero, teaching lessons about care, respect, community, and building a strong future together.

Inspired by the Kumeyaay Visual Storytelling Project, our oral history workshop invites participants to share personal stories and memories, or to interview someone they love or wish to know more about. By documenting these narratives, we aim to preserve the rich history and spirit of your story.
